Description: Consented OWMS were captured from Environment Canterbury Consents records as at 2025. Estimated OWMS were derived by PHF Science from analysis of properties with buildings larger than 10 square metres which had no consented OWMS and were not connected to a centralised wastewater reticulation network from a territorial authority.
